What is logo & branding development?
This is developing a complete brand including a logo, complimentary creative and collateral, as well as brand guidelines outlining colours, fonts, creative elements and imagery. These services are generally for new organizations with no previous brand, or for current organizations looking to rebrand.

What does SDC do?
Sarvas Design Company is a graphic design firm. We work with a network of production artists and graphic designers to deliver creative services and consultation.
What can’t SDC do?

Are projects really unlimited?
Yes! No matter which package you invest in, there is no restriction to the amount of projects that can be completed within a years time.
How many projects at a time can I have active?
This depends on your purchased package. Each package option will clearly state how many projects can be active at any time.
What makes a project “active”?
An active project is a individual piece of collateral from request to final approval. For example, if you request a banner for a trade-show, once you submit your request that project becomes “active”. It remains active until final approval.
What if I require multiple pieces of collateral for the same event? (i.e. a trade-show requiring banners, pamphlets, posters, etc.)
If you have purchased either an Elite, Enterprise or Production Unlimited package then we’d simply tackle all the items at once!
If your purchased package is either a Production or Production Plus, then the projects will be completed one at a time for Production users, and three at a time for Production Plus users, in order of importance.
How fast is turnaround?
For production service requests please allow for a minimum 48 hours turnaround.
For graphic design, allow for a minimum 72 hours, depending on the complexity of the request.
For documents over five (5) pages in length please allow for a longer turnaround time.
While we can accept unlimited requests and revisions, our output volume depends on many factors, namely depending on the total request volume and complexity. We will do our best to work with you to accommodate any priority items and your timelines, but please don’t forget we are human and working in a time-intensive profession!
Hours of operation?
Like most professionals, we work a 9AM-5PM (MST) day, Monday to Friday. We adhere to the holiday calendar in Alberta, Canada.
What does it mean to have an established brand or established creative materials?
This means your organization already has a logo and other creative materials that have been previously built. These materials outline what colours, fonts, design styles or design elements our production artists will need to use.
Why do packages have limited availability?
We want to ensure our clients receive the highest quality design, so to achieve this we limit the amount of packages we sell, depending on the package. We’re only human, so there is only so much we can take on!

Buying a year’s worth of visual communication services up front allows us to offer our services for a fantastic rate.
